A Mom in Saigon




Lunch at Nha Hang Ngon.

One of my new favorites: Bot Chien.  Succulent rice cakes cooked with egg and topped with shredded papaya.


The ubiquitous goi cuon.



A tremendous storm brewing over the city after the meal.  The ensuing squall refused to let up for hours - confining us to the homestead for some chit-chat and coffee.
