Vietnam vs. Our Blog

We've been having trouble viewing our blog since we returned home to Saigon.  We can update and make changes, but have to resort to a proxy server to actually view the website.  With a bit of research, I came upon this enlightening (and deflating) article by a prominent foreign blogger in Vietnam:

Bad news for the future of this blog and the always murky ideal of human rights in Vietnam.

If anyone out there knows an easy solution to get around this bit of politburo thuggery, please let us know.

Good Places on the Internet: UBUWEB

Sun Ra + John Cage .... Terrence McKenna's final interview... The complete prose works of Samuel Beckett... an Anton Corbijn short with Capt. Beefheart... phone conversations between Bob Dylan and his most ardent stalker/paparazzo... Jean Cocteau's complete recordings... If any of this sounds of interest to you: UBUWEB.

Billed as a repository of "visual, concrete and sound poetry (historical, contemporary, insane)", this site is an astounding collection of audio/video/miscellany that begs for hours of sifting through. Enjoy and thanks to Goertzky for the tip.
