Eat on the Street: Cút Chiên Bơ
Our neighbor Phong is a an upstanding member of the community and an expert purveyor of Cút Chiên Bơ (butter-fried squab), which he sells from his well-maintained cart.
A grim delivery indeed, but little birds make good meals. The delectable, succulent meat matches perfectly with an iced beer.
Pickled radish, carrots, and a lime/salt/chili sauce accompany the birdies.
You can find him posted up on the corner of Phan Đình Phùng and Co Bac in Phu Nhuan District.
