Dragon fruit and Mango Smoothies |
This past week, I suffered from an interminable illness. It started as a mild flu, then morphed into an ear infection and a nagging back ache. After a session of acupuncture and a smoke treatment from my Korean specialist, my symptoms were cured, but a whole new wave of maladies came my way. I'm still coughing and my voice comes and goes like an absentee father. While our week has been low key, our homebound meals have been delicious and nutritious. Here's a peak into our kitchen during a mopey, sick week:
